Martin Eisend is a Professor of Marketing at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt/Oder, Germany, since 2007. Previously, he was an Assistant Professor at Free University Berlin (PhD 2003) and held visiting roles at institutions like Columbia University, University of Amsterdam, and WU Vienna. His research focuses on marketing communication and advertising, emphasizing both entrepreneurial and societal dimensions. He is an internationally recognized expert in meta-analytic methods, conducting workshops globally.
Education:

Research interests include persuasion in advertising, diversity/equality/inclusion, advertising's societal impact, empirical generalizations, and meta-analysis. He has secured over €10 million in research grants and is a top-ranked advertising researcher globally (ranked in the top five by 2021/2022 bibliometric studies).
