Mark White is the Richard D. Wood Bicentennial Associate Professor of Commerce at the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce. He holds a visiting professorship in environmental economics at the Technische Universität Dresden. His research focuses on sustainable business practices, corporate finance, and environmental economics, with notable projects on algae-based bioenergy, the UVA Bay Game simulation, and global environmental policy.
