Professor Mark Priestley is a leading academic in Education at the University of Stirling, where he serves as Director of the Stirling Centre for Research into Curriculum Making (SCRCM). He holds a Professorial appointment in the School of Education, focusing on curriculum theory, policy, and teacher professional work. His roles include former Deputy Dean/Deputy Head of School (2014–2018), Director of Initial Teacher Education (2004–2007), and Director of the First Year Educational Studies Programme (2009–2011).
