Dr. Joseph Smith is a Senior Lecturer in Education at the University of Stirling, where he joined in 2015. Previously, he taught history at a Liverpool comprehensive school and held academic roles at Edge Hill and Liverpool Hope Universities. He is affiliated with the Curriculum Research group and contributes to research themes in Cultures, Communities & Society. His work focuses on history curriculum policy, teacher identity, and pedagogy.
