Mark Jacobi is the Deputy Head of the School of Computing and Digital Technologies at Sheffield Hallam University. He oversees undergraduate/postgraduate computing courses, higher degree apprenticeships, and collaborates on technical infrastructure improvements. His research focuses on network quality of service, IPv6 implementations, and cloud-based teaching methodologies. He holds a Master of Arts (MA) and Bachelor of Engineering (BEng), and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
