Mario Diaz de Leon is an Assistant Professor of Music and Technology at Stevens Institute of Technology's School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences. He holds a DMA (2013) and MA (2008) from Columbia University and a BM (2004) from Oberlin College Conservatory of Music. His research bridges sound, spirituality, and technology, with works blending electronic, classical, and metal genres. He chairs Stevens' SEMIA Lab and oversees Music and Technology programs.
