Mariette Brennan is an Associate Professor at Lakehead University's Bora Laskin Faculty of Law. She also holds an assistant professor appointment at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine and serves as a core member of the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre Research and Ethics Board. Her work bridges constitutional law and public health law, focusing on legal frameworks for health equity and human rights.
