Kristopher Kinsinger is an Adjunct Lecturer in Politics and International Studies at Redeemer University, a practicing Ontario lawyer, and a constitutional scholar. He holds a Juris Doctor (2019) from Osgoode Hall Law School, an LLM (2021) from McGill University, and a B.A., Hons (2016) from the University of Waterloo.

His research focuses on constitutionalism, fundamental freedoms, religious neutrality, and the historical underpinnings of Canadian law. He explores intersections between legal doctrine, judicial interpretation, and societal values, particularly in the context of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
Kristopher’s publications span constitutional methodology, section 33 of the Charter, and religious freedom. His work engages with contemporary debates on secularism, legal exegesis, and the balance between state power and individual liberties.
