Adam Schenk is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Political Science at Lakehead University. He has been teaching at Lakehead University since 2018 and was appointed an External Adjunct Professor in 2020. His academic background includes an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Lakehead University (double-major in History and Political Science, 2013), a Juris Doctor from Lakehead’s Bora Laskin Faculty of Law (2016), and he is currently completing a Master of Laws degree at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, specializing in Administrative, Constitutional, and Criminal Law.

Professor Schenk’s research and teaching focus on intersections of law and politics, particularly the relationship between religion and law. He teaches courses in Lakehead University’s Pre-Law stream, emphasizing Canadian case law analysis and skill development in reading, writing, and oral communication.
