Marieke Dhont is a scholar affiliated with the Faculty of Divinity at the University of Cambridge, with a focus on Second Temple Judaism, Septuagint studies, and Hellenistic textual criticism. She holds a joint doctorate in Theology (UC Louvain) and Religious Studies (KU Leuven) and has held prestigious fellowships including the British Academy Postdoctoral Fellowship and Center for Hellenic Studies Fellowship. Her academic roles include Director of Studies in Theology, Religion and Philosophy of Religion (TRPR) at Gonville & Caius College and PG Tutor at Girton College.
