Dr. Marianne Sandvad Ulriksen is an Associate Professor at the University of Southern Denmark's Department of Political Science and Public Management. Her research focuses on comparative welfare studies in the Global South, particularly social justice, taxation, and state-citizen relations in Africa. She holds a PhD from Aarhus University (2010) and has held roles including Senior Research Fellow at the University of Johannesburg (2013–present) and Postdoctoral Fellow at Aarhus University (2016–2017).
