Mariana Mogilevich is a historian of architecture and urbanism affiliated with Princeton University as a 2014-2015 Princeton-Mellon Fellow. Her work bridges architectural history, urban studies, and political processes, focusing on the design and politics of the public realm.
- Education: PhD in History & Theory of Architecture and Urbanism from Harvard University; BA in Literature from Yale University.
Her research examines intersections of design practices with urbanization, including the role of psychological sciences in urban design, waste landscapes, and visual imagery's agency in urban transformation. She has taught at Harvard and NYU, contributed to journals like Praxis and Future Anterior, and co-curated the exhibition Nueva York (1613-1945) at the New-York Historical Society/El Museo del Barrio.
