Maria Helene Hagerup Persson is a Doctoral Research Fellow at the University of Oslo, affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine. She is also associated with the Department of Economics as a student. Currently working on the NUTRIOME project, her research focuses on integrating transcriptomics and metabolomics to study how habitual diets influence individual immune responses after plant-based meals.
