Julie Marie Lengle

Julie Marie Lengle is a Doctoral Research Fellow and PhD student at the University of Oslo, affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine. Her research focuses on nutrition, sustainable diets, and nutritional epidemiology. She holds a 5-year master's degree in clinical nutrition from the University of Oslo. Her work explores the environmental impact of dietary choices, as evidenced by her 2024 publication in Public Health Nutrition. She is involved in the NOR-Eden project and the Dietary Research group. Prior roles include research assistant, clinical dietitian, and instructor at Aker Sykehus. Her affiliations also include the Norwegian Directorate of Health.
