Jiaying Hu is a Research Fellow at the University of Oslo's Faculty of Medicine, affiliated with the Institute of Basic Medical Sciences. Her work focuses on Personalized Nutrition and the Prevention of Cardiometabolic Diseases. She is involved in the NUTRIOME project, investigating transcriptomic and epigenomic changes in immune cells following plant-based meals, under the supervision of Professor Stine M. Ulven.
