Margaret Rintamaa serves as Professor in Curriculum & Instruction and Associate Dean for Undergraduate Student Success at the University of Kentucky, based in Taylor Education Building since joining the institution in 2006.

- Ed.D. from University of Kentucky specializing in mentoring beginning teachers and Kentucky Teacher Internship Program
Research centers on middle level teacher preparation/licensure, adolescent literacy across diverse contexts, and contextual impacts on student learning. Teaching portfolio spans adolescent development, middle level philosophy, classroom culture, and literacy at undergraduate/graduate levels.
