Marco Cappelletti is a Tutorial Fellow in Law at Worcester College, University of Oxford, where he teaches Tort, Contract, Land Law, and Roman Law. He previously held positions as College Lecturer in Law (2023–2024) and Junior Research Fellow (2019–2023) at St John’s College, Oxford. His research focuses on private law and comparative law, particularly tort law, exploring justifications for strict liability, vicarious liability, and comparative legal frameworks across jurisdictions.
