His research concentrates on Civil Liability, Contract Law, and Family Law, with particular emphasis on product liability frameworks, medical-sanitary liability mechanisms, and employer vicarious liability. His scholarly work bridges Spanish civil law traditions with European comparative perspectives, frequently addressing gaps in transposition of EU directives and proposing evidence-based legal reforms through analysis of judicial trends across jurisdictions.
Recent publications reveal evolving focus toward medical liability evidentiary challenges, vaccine injury compensation systems, and contractual consent doctrines informed by European soft law.
