Mahshid Bagheri

Dr. Mahshid Bagheri is a Lecturer in Management (2022–present) and Postgraduate Senior Tutor (2024–present) at Bangor Business School, Bangor University. She holds a PhD in Management (2021) and an MBA in International Business (Distinction) from Bangor University. Her research focuses on SME growth strategies, AI-driven innovation, and sustainability, with particular attention to open innovation ecosystems and the impact of immersive technologies.
