Mabel Winter is a Research Fellow in History at the University of Oxford, specializing in socio-economic history of early modern England. She holds research roles on AHRC-funded projects: 'Middling Culture' at the University of Kent and currently 'The Politics of the English Grain Trade, 1315-1815' at Oxford. Her work examines banking, urban politics, and provisioning systems, with a focus on grain and milling.
