Lydia Buki

Lydia Pearl Buki is a Professor at the Department of Education & Psychological Studies within the School of Education and Human Development at the University of Miami. Her research focuses on psychosocial oncology, health disparities, and culturally adapted interventions for medically underserved populations, particularly Latina women and Navajo communities.

Her work examines breast cancer survivorship, lymphedema management, cancer literacy, and barriers to screening programs.
