Lukas Neville is an Associate Professor at the Asper School of Business, University of Manitoba, and holds the Asper Behavioural Management Fellowship. He earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Behaviour from Queen’s University. His research focuses on trust, conflict resolution, negotiation, and workplace dynamics, with funding from SSHRC. Teaching specialties include organizational behavior, negotiation, and conflict management in undergraduate, MBA, and executive education programs. He has received multiple teaching awards, including the Reg Litz MBA Luminary Award and CSA Golden Shovel. His work explores how organizations repair trust and manage conflict, with recent studies on workplace forgiveness and psychological entitlement during the pandemic.
Research highlights include frameworks for negotiation resilience and the impact of political knowledge on follower proactivity. He advises the President’s Student Leadership Program for the Burns Leadership Institute and collaborates with industry on training programs in healthcare, retail, and telecommunications. His publications span organizational psychology, management, and conflict resolution, emphasizing practical applications of research findings.
