Kevin Tasa is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Associate Dean, Academic at the Schulich School of Business, York University. He holds an MSc in Health Administration and a PhD in Organizational Behaviour from the University of Toronto. His research focuses on negotiation dynamics, team efficacy, and conflict management in health care and organizational contexts.
