Kevin Hill is an Associate Professor in the Department of Human Resources Management at HEC Montréal. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, and an M.Sc. in Management from the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University.
His expertise focuses on negotiation strategies, conflict management, and leadership roles in collective conflicts. Current research explores task conflict resolution through active listening and leadership’s impact on workplace conflicts. He has supervised multiple master’s theses and projects on topics like workplace stress, telework dynamics, and organizational conflict management practices.
Recent publications (2020–2022) address nurse burnout prevention, employee recognition systems, and organizational legitimacy. He teaches courses such as Conflict Management, Negotiation Skills, and Organizational Politics.
