Dr. Kevin W. Rockmann is a Professor of Management at George Mason University's Costello College of Business. He serves as the Organizational Behavior (OB) Coordinator for the PhD Program, having previously directed both the PhD and MBA Programs, and acted as Associate Dean overseeing graduate and undergraduate programs. His research focuses on workplace relationships, exploring their creation, maintenance, and dissolution, particularly in the context of remote work and organizational resilience.
