Dr. Lucy Ogbenjuwa is a Senior Lecturer in Construction Management at the College of Technology and Environment, London South Bank University (LSBU). She previously held roles at LSBU's School of Engineering and Business School, teaching project management, risk management, and global financial markets. Her research focuses on real estate finance, digital construction practices, and pedagogical innovation in higher education. She has developed a toolkit for real estate finance project development and contributed to curriculum integration of digital transformation principles.

Teaching responsibilities include leading HNC construction apprenticeship programs and supervising over 50 master's dissertations. She contributes to PhD supervision and has pioneered research methodology training for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
