Lucinda Griffiths is a Lecturer in Law and Client Interviewing Co-ordinator at the University of Kent's Kent Law School. She holds an LLB with distinction from the University of Kent and has pursued a career in academia, teaching for several years. Her roles include convening courses in Criminal Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Legal Ethics. She leads the Client Interviewing co-curricular programme, emphasizing practical lawyering skills, and judges national/international student competitions in Client Interviewing, Negotiation, and Arbitration. Lucinda also serves as a coach in the Academic Coaches of Excellence (ACE) programme, supporting BAME students, and is Co-Chair of the Academic Misconduct Committee.
Education: LLB with distinction from the University of Kent.
Research interests focus on legal pedagogy, practical legal skills development, and student engagement through co-curricular activities. She actively contributes to student development initiatives and academic governance.
