Lise Eriksson is an Associate Professor/Docent in Sociology at Åbo Akademi University and a Senior Lecturer at Uppsala University. She currently serves as a Research Data Management Expert in the Open Science team at Åbo Akademi University Library, with an affiliation at Uppsala University's Department of Women's and Children's Health. Her career spans postdoctoral research, teaching, and project coordination in reproductive technologies, migration, and social norms.

Recent publications focus on reproductive health policy, surrogacy regulation, and open science education. She actively contributes to critical discourse analysis and biomedicine literature.
Eriksson has participated in multiple doctoral dissertation committees across Sweden and Norway. She advocates for responsible research practices and data stewardship in academic training.
