Dr. Lisa Schulte is a Senior Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour and Employment Relations at Middlesex University, Faculty of Business and Law, Department of Strategy, Leadership & Operations.
Her research focuses on the just transition to low-carbon economies, industrial policies affecting workers in renewable energy, and equitable benefits for communities hosting renewable infrastructure. She explores energy industry studies, structural change with a focus on worker outcomes and participation, and community empowerment within the energy transition.
She teaches workforce management and wellbeing at work, supervises MA theses in Management, and contributes to doctoral programs. She currently supervises one PhD student and was Principal Investigator for a British Academy-funded project (£62,545) on wind energy and the just transition in Europe and South Africa.
