Lindsay Board serves as an Adjunct Lecturer while maintaining an active criminal and constitutional law practice at Daniel Brown Law. She regularly appears at all levels of court in Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada, specializing in complex cases with significant reputational consequences for clients.
Her professional background includes civil, regulatory, and criminal law practice at Stockwoods LLP and a clerkship at the Ontario Court of Appeal. Notable recent work involved co-counseling Supreme Court challenges to Bill C-51's evidence rules in sexual offence cases (R. v. J.J. and R. v. A.S.).
