Concurrently, he is a partner at Supreme Advocacy LLP specializing in appellate litigation before Canadian Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada, with extensive experience drafting leave applications, factums, and motion materials while appearing before the Federal Court of Appeal, Ontario Court of Appeal, and Canada's highest court.
His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts (Honours, with distinction) from Queen's University and a Juris Doctor with Public Law Option from the University of Ottawa.
Giordano's professional expertise focuses on Canadian appellate systems and advocacy techniques. As a contributing author to Civil Procedure and Practice in Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada Manual, his work bridges theoretical legal education with practical courtroom strategy, emphasizing procedural nuances in high-stakes appeals and Supreme Court litigation.
