Dr. Linda Osterlund serves as Academic Dean for the Rueckert-Hartman College for Health Professions (RHCHP) at Regis University and holds the rank of Professor in the Division of Counseling and Family Therapy. Previously, she held leadership roles including Vice Provost, Associate Dean of Counseling and Family Therapy, and Chair/Coordinator of the Graduate Counseling program in Colorado Springs, with teaching experience at Regis since 2005.
Her academic credentials include:
- B.S. in Psychobiology from UCLA
- M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary
- Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Northern Colorado
As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 25+ years of clinical experience across in-patient, residential, and community mental health settings, her professional focus centers on training principled health care providers to address health disparities. She integrates clinical expertise with educational leadership to transform health care education for local and global communities.
