Linda Desiree Hollebeek

Linda Desiree Hollebeek is a Senior Associate Professor of Marketing at Montpellier Business School and an adjunct professor at Tallinn University of Technology's School of Business and Governance. Her research focuses on customer/consumer engagement with digital technologies, including social media, online communities, artificial intelligence, and service robots. Prior to academia, she worked as a Management Consultant at Hewlett-Packard/Cap Gemini, serving clients like Coca-Cola and Westpac Bank.
