Ligi Biju serves as a Senior Lecturer and course lead for the PG Certificate in Neonatal Care and Nursing Associate courses at the School of Nursing within the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Social Care at Anglia Ruskin University. With over 18 years of clinical experience as a children's nurse specializing in neonatal care and more than a decade of teaching expertise, she bridges practical healthcare delivery with academic instruction in pediatric nursing education.

Her work with the UNICEF Baby Friendly Initiative establishes evidence-based frameworks for breastfeeding support in neonatal units, while her third research pillar develops comprehensive family-centered care models addressing psychological and practical needs of parents with infants in critical care.
