Lianne Boer

Dr. Lianne Boer is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU), specializing in Public International Law. She holds additional affiliations with the Kooijmans Institute and Boundaries of Law research groups.
