Assoc Prof Li Bing is an Associate Professor at the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Nanyang Technological University (NTU). Dr. Li holds a B.Eng. in Structural Engineering from Tong Ji University and a Ph.D. from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.
