Lena Knappert is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management and Organization, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She holds a PhD in International Human Resource Management from ESCP Europe (Berlin, 2014). Her research focuses on workplace diversity and inclusion, with a multiactor and context-sensitive approach. She teaches courses on Diversity and Inclusion, Performance Management, and Psychological Foundations of Managing People.
