Cody Bradley

Cody Bradley is an Assistant Professor of Management at the College of Business, James Madison University. His research focuses on organizational behavior and human resources, with an emphasis on diversity & inclusion, workplace dynamics, and employee perception. Bradley holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Arkansas (2023), an M.S. in Finance from the University of Utah (2014), and a B.A. in Political Science (summa cum laude) from the University of Utah (2013).

His research interests include exploring how organizational policies and workplace cultures impact employee behavior, particularly in areas like LGBT inclusion, political correctness, and resilience during crises.
