Kalan Norris

Kalan Norris is an Assistant Professor of Work and Organizations at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. He earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the University at Buffalo School of Management. His research focuses on interpersonal dynamics between employees and leaders, diversity and inclusion, and organizational culture.
