Lena Ramstetter

Lena Ramstetter is a Senior Scientist in Politics and Gender, Diversity and Equality (PGDE) at the Department of Political Science, University of Salzburg. Funded by the State of Salzburg, she collaborates with Prof. Zoe Lefkofridi on research projects focusing on gender, diversity, and equality initiatives. Her work emphasizes psycho-emotional foundations of equality and organizational culture development.
