Jamie Breukel is a PhD student and researcher at Tilburg University, affiliated with the Tilburg School of Social and Behavioral Sciences and the Department of Human Resource Studies. Commencing doctoral research in December 2021 under supervisors Dr. Hans van Dijk, Dr. Sanne Nijs, and Dr. Stefanie Duijndam, Breukel focuses on workplace exclusion within organizational psychology.
Breukel earned a Research Master's Degree in Psychology from the University of Amsterdam (2020), specializing in Social Psychology and Psychological Methods (Methods & Statistics). Research centers on social psychological dynamics of workplace exclusion, diversity initiatives, and behavioral change mechanisms, with expertise in network analysis for methodological rigor.
