Dr. Anjier Chen is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management and Organisation within the NUS Business School, Singapore. Holding a PhD from Pennsylvania State University (2020) and an MS with Distinction from London School of Economics & Political Science (2015), Dr. Chen focuses on behavioral ethics, diversity and inclusion, and workplace ethics. Their research explores how employees engage in proactive behaviors to improve ethical standards and inclusivity in organizations, examining consequences of ethical voice, bystander intervention, and responses to racism and harassment.
