Leanne Brown is a Scholarly Teaching Fellow in Management at Federation University's Institute of Innovation, Science and Sustainability (IISS). She lectures in Human Resource Management and Management courses to undergraduate students. Prior to academia, she had a career in global industry, consulting senior leadership teams in strategic HRM and change management across Asia Pacific, the US, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
Her expertise spans strategic human resource management, transformational organizational change, and pedagogical innovation in higher education. She holds a BCom in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations, and a Graduate Certificate in Management.
