Dr. Hannah Meacham is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Management at RMIT University. She specializes in Human Resource Management (HRM) with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing, particularly in healthcare and disability employment contexts. Her research addresses workplace violence in aged care, resilience among frontline nurses, and support mechanisms for workers with intellectual disabilities.
She holds editorial roles at the Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resource Management and Journal of Business Research.
