Leah Chan Grinvald, currently serving as the Dean and Richard J. Morgan Professor of Law at the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), is an internationally recognized scholar in Intellectual Property Law. Her research emphasizes the "right to repair", trademark enforcement, and the negative impacts of IP laws on small businesses and entrepreneurs. She has authored numerous publications in top-tier law journals and presented at major conferences, including the American Bar Association's IP, Sports, and Entertainment Law Conference.
