Jenny Goak

Jenny Goak is an Adjunct Professor at Seattle University School of Law and Senior Associate at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP. Her practice focuses on trademark, copyright, and right of publicity law, resolving disputes globally for clients in technology, entertainment, and retail sectors. She previously managed Amazon's global trademark portfolio and served as a judicial extern. Recognized as a Rising Star by INTA and Super Lawyers magazine for intellectual property excellence.

Her research interests include IP rights enforcement, trademark strategy, and international portfolio management. She serves as Immediate Past President of the Korean American Bar Association of Washington and Trustee of the Copyright Society. Fluent in conversational Korean, she has international experience in South Korea and Malaysia.
