Laurent Lapierre is a Full Professor at the Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa. His research focuses on occupational health psychology (OHP), leadership dynamics, and work-family balance. He holds editorial roles in journals such as Journal of Business and Psychology and Leadership Quarterly, emphasizing his contributions to academic discourse. Dr. Lapierre has been recognized with the University of Ottawa Excellence in Education Prize for his teaching excellence and research integration.
He holds a B.Sc. from Université de Montréal, an M.A.Sc. from the University of Waterloo, and a Ph.D. from McMaster University.
