Dr. Yanhong Li is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Odette School of Business, University of Windsor. Her research focuses on positive organizational scholarship, specifically workplace courage, employee well-being, and DEI initiatives. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Ottawa's Telfer School of Management.

Her research explores how moral courage impacts organizational dynamics, mental health disclosure strategies, and systemic barriers in work-family balance. Recent work analyzes observers' perceptions of ethical workplace behaviors and the effectiveness of digital funding platforms for women entrepreneurs.
Key contributions include the 2018 Rosabeth Moss Kanter Award and 2020 Emerald Literati Commendation. Active in academia, she served as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Memorial University and has extensive teaching/research experience at the University of Ottawa.
Grants include $105k SSHRC Doctoral Scholarship (2018-2021) and $15k Ontario Graduate Scholarship (2021). Her presentations span global conferences like Academy of Management and Canadian Psychological Association events.
