Richard Clayman is an Executive in Residence at the University of Ottawa's Telfer School of Management. With a 30-year award-winning career in financial services at Manulife Financial, he transitioned to academia, teaching leadership, business ethics, and organizational influence in MBA programs at Carleton University, uOttawa, and Donghua University in Shanghai. He currently coaches Telfer MBA student teams, emphasizing leadership development.

Richard contributes to civic leadership as Chair of the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation and advisory roles in the Manulife Field Executive Advisory Council and Ottawa Board of Trade. His work bridges corporate experience with academic mentorship, prioritizing student-centered learning.
