Dr. Si Ahn Mehng is an Associate Professor at the School of Business within the Thomas College of Business and Economics at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. She joined UNCP in 2015 after earning her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. Her research focuses on organizational behavior, human resource management, diversity dynamics, and workplace behavior.
Education: Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota (2015).
Research Interests: Dr. Mehng explores topics such as physical attractiveness in the workplace, stereotypes, flexible work practices, and prosocial/counterproductive employee behaviors. Her work has been published in the Academy of Management Journal and presented at major conferences like the Academy of Management Annual Meeting and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
